SHEFFIELD’S CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL 

 

In November 2017 Complete Blasting Services Limited Were approached by Simons Group who have built the new phase to Sheffield’s Children’s Hospital.

Our task was to clean all the new brick elevations to remove all minor motor splashes.

The architects requested the DOFF SYSTEM to be used on this project as it successfully cleans the surface at high temperature with low pressure causing no damage to the substrate.

Our company is an accredited contractor by Stone Health who manufacture the DOFF SYSTEM which is approved by English heritage.

​

For access we used a 25m boom lift and our DOFF setup was fully self contained from our van which has on board power as well as 1000 litre water storage.

​

This gave us the advantage of completing the work over a 2 week period with no disruption to the active Hospital.

The client was delighted with the service we provided.
