FACTORY REFURBISHMENT, DRONFIELD 

 

Take a look at this fantastic facelift we completed this year.

The Contracts manager and owner called us in  for some advice and guidance on what could be achieved with their tired rusty building, We took out a site survey and came up with a plan to re new the 4 buildings to enable the owners to rent them out with piece of mind that the properties have many more years of use and up to date with the new surrounding buildings.

The scope of works was to fully shot blast all the internal steel work back to SA2.5 Standards then re coat in a primer top coat finish making the steels like brand new once again. from there the new re roof was installed then we could get back in to do a full de grease and steam clean to the internal walls, removing any grease and dirt from the former use.

Once cleaned down we applied a heavy duty masonry paint to the internal walls really freshening the units up.
