At CBS, we were approached by the Contracts Manager and owner for experianced advice on revitalizing their aging buildings.
After conducting a thorough site survey, we developed a comprehensive plan to renovate all four units, ensuring they are ready for rental and aligned with the modern surroundings.
The full process included the following.
*steel frame regeneration.
*Decoration works of main factories and office blocks.
*Track blast the floors.

The Process.
*ShotBlast all the internal steel Truss's in the 4 linked units to SA2.5 Standard.
*Provide a Full internal Clean up and removal of waste Abrasive.
*Apply a 2 coat primer & top coat Jotun protective paint system.
*De Grease and steam clean the internal walls to remove any residue.
*Spray apply x2 coats of heavy duty masonry paint to the internal walls.
*Decoration of the offices and toilet blocks in all units.
*Track Blast the concrete floors.
