In December 2017 CBS were contacted direct by Fit Out UK LTD 

A shop fitting company that caters for supermarkets, banks, gyms and much more.

They recently purchased a large warehouse in Sheffield previously owned by Tufnell's.

The clients wanted the existing roof structure cleaning before the new covering was applied.

After a site survey seeing the condition of the steel structure and galvanized hangers we recommended a high temperature steam clean to remove the years of built up dirt settlement.

​

Our team were able to clean over 5000 linear meters while other contractors worked on site.

We managed this by zoning off safe distance working areas, as the washing created a wet floor area we used multiple wet vacuum units to remove waste water from the building leaving the areas dry and safe to re open when completed.
