Shotblast & Priming for intumescent coatings.

 

Called in by construction company SEP PROFESSIONAL who are working with Grupo Bimbo in the renovation of a new purchased property to manufacture specific food products.

Engineers needed some surrounding structural steels to be stripped back from previous coatings to be blasted back to SA2.5 standards then primed ready for Intumescent coatings. 

CBS Removed the coatings and primed the newly prepared steel with a Jotun QDP system at 150 um ready for the intumescent contractors to apply the finishing coats.

All the works were completed within our allocated schedule ready for the industrial oven fitters to start installation.
