Forged Solutions is proud to showcase our refurbished building from the 1860s, located in the heart Sheffield.
This original structure has been meticulously restored, with our team stripping away layers of thick lead-based paint from the brick walls, ceilings, and steelwork. With a clear timeline set by our contractors.
We efficiently prepared the space for a modern fit-out, including offices and changing facilities.
Our commitment to quality and precision ensures that this historic building is ready for its next chapter.

The Process.
*Protect any broken windows & door openings to contain the dust.
*Setup multiple extractors with the correct filtration systems.
*Wet Blast all the walls and ceilings to keep dust content to a minimum while working.
*Pressure wash all the surfaces to remove blast slurry leaving behind a clean natural brick finish.
*The main contractor carried out the cleaning and waste removal of this project.
