Shotblast, Prime & Top Coat

 

Called in by Northern Powergrid with a project in Sheffield on a very popular heritage landmark.

This old cast pillar is Grade 2 listed and in desperate need of restoration.

We Shotblasted off the existing coatings and rust to reveal a clean surface ready for its new paint system,

​

As a listed project we hand applied the paint coatings to retain the brush marks as it would have been painted from new all those years ago, paying special attention to the makers tag on the front we finished in Black & Gold.
